Plaza Ascot Free Parking Privilege

1. The parking privilege scheme would take effect until further notice.

2. Eligible amount only includes the actual spending amount ( the net amount after deduction of discount, Cash Dollars, privileged coupons or cash coupons).

3. This Offer is NOT applicable to the following conditions:

i) Vehicles are for public transportation (e.g.taxi), loading and unloading.

ii) After the payment of the parking fee is made.

iii) The Octopus has been used for free parking redemption.

4. This Offer is NOT applicable to the following sales invoice/receipt:

i) Issued by booth, kiosks or exhibition counter

ii) Value-adding of Octopus card 

iii) Payment of agency fee 

iv) Credit card customer copy

v) EPS customer copy 

vi) Photocopy of sales invoice / receipt 

vii) fusion by PARKnSHOP

viii) Any receipt of buying or using shop / mall coupon / cash coupon / gift card / membership card / member card / points card / discount card / stored value card / add value card / credit card point

rebate / food coupon or any goods redemption coupon.

5. Receipts of the following shops or services are NOT applicable to this parking privilege: any repayment, bank payment, add-value service, leasing or purchase of real estate or office property, purchase of stamps, gift vouchers, cash coupons or shopping coupons from shop tenants (e.g. cake redemption coupon, dining coupon, phone card and newspaper redemption coupon etc.) ticketing service (e.g. concert tickets), foreign exchange services and 999.9 gold purchase and gold installments (except gold accessories).

6. Customers should follow the rules and regulations of Car Park Service.

7. Plaza Ascot Management Services Office reserves the rights to terminate or amend the terms and conditions of Complimentary Parking without prior notice. In case of any dispute, the decision of Plaza Ascot Management Services Office shall be final.
