²Each MTR Mobile member is entitled to earn a maximum of 20 lucky draw chances for this program during the promotion period. Members are required to register with the machine printed sales receipts (each receipt representing a single transaction) and corresponding electronic payment slip (if applicable) or screencap of the electronic payment transaction from the promotion period before 11:59pm, 4 Mar 2026 and earn “MTR Points” successfully.  Each eligible receipt can gain lucky draw chance ONCE. The final draw date is 10 Mar, 2026 at 4:00 PM.

 

#Upon successfully assigned the instant win lucky draw chance, MTR Mobile member must complete the lucky draw manually by following the steps mentioned above before 4pm on the next day, otherwise the system will automatically proceed the draw.   1. MTR Malls “Chinese New Year Instant Win” is held by MTR Corporation Limited (香港鐵路有限公司). 
  2. Shoppers must download “MTR Mobile” mobile application and sign up as Members with email and mobile no. (if the download fails, it represents that the device does not support the application). Each email and mobile no. can be used per one account only. Please download and update to the latest mobile version from time to time. Users may not be able to use eCoupon/eVoucher successfully if the mobile application is not the most updated version. 
  3. Shoppers must allow “MTR Mobile” to access the camera function of the device to use eCoupon. The setting can be modified in Settings > MTR Mobile > allow access to Camera. 
  4. Promotion Period from 2 February 2026 to 3 March 2026. During promotion period, MTR Mobile member can get a Lucky Draw chance upon single electronic spending HK$500 or above at participating shops from all categories (excludes Supermarket & Convenience Store, Education, and Services categories) at participating MTR Malls. Members are required to register single electronic spending of HK$500 or above and or screencap of the electronic payment transaction on or before 11:59PM, 4 Mar 2026 and earn “MTR Points” successfully to join this campaign. Each MTR Mobile member is entitled to earn a maximum of 20 lucky draw chances for this program during the promotion period. Each eligible receipt can gain lucky draw chance ONCE. Upon successfully assigned the instant win lucky draw chance, MTR Mobile member must complete the lucky draw manually by following the steps mentioned above on or before 4:00 PM on the next day, otherwise the system will automatically proceed the draw.   5. The reward must be redeemed in MTR Mobile app or designated merchant before the specified expiration date.

Each eCoupon can only be used at participating merchants of the designated malls upon every net spending of HK$150 or above. A max of 1 eCoupon can be used each time. Different types and values of eCoupon cannot be used at the same time. This eCoupon is not applicable to any transactions made by online payment via third-party platforms. This eCoupon is not applicable to the purchase of gift, shopping voucher (such as soup coupon, food/beverage coupon and cake coupon). This eVoucher is only available after 6PM. A max of 10 eVouchers can be used each time. This eVoucher is not applicable to any transactions made by online payment via third-party platforms. This eVoucher is not applicable to the purchase of gift, shopping voucher (such as soup coupon, food/beverage coupon and cake coupon). To use this eVoucher, please notify the shop upon placing your order. The eVoucher is valid until 31 Mar 2026.

Value HK$2,000 MTR Malls Designated F&B eVoucher can be used as HK$2,000 in designated Food & Beverage tenants on dine-in or takeaway at Paradise Mall, Luk Yeung Galleria, Plaza Ascot, and Sun Tuen Mun Shopping Centre. A max of 1 eVoucher can be used each time. Designated F&B tenants include: Meiging Restaurant (Shop 133-135, L1, Paradise Mall), Maxim’s Palace (Shop G27, LG, Luk Yeung Galleria), One Cuisine (Shop G22-30, G/F, Plaza Ascot), Double Happiness Restaurant (Shop 101-120, L3, Sun Tuen Mun Shopping Centre). This eVoucher is not applicable to any transactions made by online payment via third-party platforms. MTR Malls will not bear any responsibility in any case of network problems, system malfunctioning, poor phone reception, blocking by third party applications, incomplete/ inaccurate/ missing information provided by customers or software incompatibility problems that caused customers cannot enter the game page or MTR Mobile App to join the event. 
  18. Mobile number submitted for registration must be authentic and valid. Each mobile number can only be registered by one MTR Mobile registered user. Duplicate registration of the same mobile number by the same individual or by any means to hack and/or amend computer software to redeem eVoucher/eCoupon to spend at shop will not be accepted absolutely. MTR Malls and merchants shall have the absolute right to refuse any eCoupon(s) of such registered user. MTR Malls also shall have the right to, without any prior notice, immediately, suspend or terminate such membership, forfeit all credits earned and terminate redemption qualification including those eCoupons and eVouchers already redeemed at merchants. MTR Malls shall bear no responsibility for any loss or damages arising from redeeming or using eCoupon improperly. 
  19. This program is subjected to the terms and conditions of “MTR Points Reward Scheme” and “MTR Malls eVoucher”, should there be any discrepancy, these terms and conditions shall prevail.   20. In case of any disputes, the decision of Paradise Mall, Luk Yeung Galleria, Citylink, Plaza Ascot, Ocean Walk, Sun Tuen Mun Shopping Centre, and Hanford Plaza management office shall be final. 
  21. In case of any discrepancy between the Chinese and English version, the Chinese version shall prevail.
